The times listed refer to the singing of the opening mantra. We open the doors of the shala 30 minutes before, so you are welcome to start your practice earlier. If you are once run late, relax, just send me an short message via SMS, WhatsApp or E-Mail and I will open the door for you as soon as you arrive.

What is Mysore-Practice?

In Mysore style classes students will find and build up their individual practice (self-practice) or deepen their existing practice, supported by a teacher. The teacher will give you adjustments whenever they are needed and will adjust you in your asanas.

AYRF sets the focus on a traditional and dedicated practice. Primarily we understand Mysore style practice as an individualized practice. In order to prepare for certain asanas or as a  response to individual physical as well as psychological conditions we sometimes step off the strict traditional guidelines by f.ex. adapting the sequence or the execution of asanas. The main goal is to achieve a traditional but individualized practice.
