WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION


The workshop is dedicated to an individual introduction and deepening of the Intermediate Series (2nd series). Playfully we work on different asanas and learn how to challenge ourselves appropriately to cultivate more presence, clarity and serenity in practice and in everyday life. You you will get to know the effect of this series on the nervous system and get a well-founded Overview of the core elements. Arm balances and backbends are particularly important in the Focus.

INTENSIVE DESCRIPTION

In this 40-hour intensive training we work on the asanas of the Primary Series (1st series). Through a clear understanding of anatomy, movement, alignment principles, and through mutual assistance and instruction, we can refine our own practice.

The daily practice of pranayama allows us to come even deeper into presence.

  • 1-hour break per day
