ACCOMMODATION:

Casa Lucerna is terraced in harmonious harmony with the grounds and blends harmoniously into a gentle south-west slope.

On the first level there is the fantastic panoramic yoga room LIGHT OF TUSCANY with about 80 square meters with the rosemary swimming pool directly in front of it, from which you can look out into the valley, hilly landscapes with small villages and Lake Santa Luce, which turns into a wonderfully shiny mirror at sunrises and sunsets.

On the second level is the main house itself and the 300m² Panorama Garden BELLA VISTA with colorful plants, green hedges and herb beds, as well as the PanoramaMeditationPlace, where yoga and other sessions in the evening light remain unforgettable. From the Panorama Garden you can also access some of the suites of the country house on the ground floor as well as the Tea & Chilling Room. On the opposite side to the staircase in the 1. and 2nd floor you sit under the portico, where you grill, dine, chill, and chat and be happy with a good glass of Chianti.

CATERING:

We offer a balanced, vegetarian breakfast as well as dinner with vegan options. In addition, fruit, juice, water, tea and changing sweets are included. We regularly drive to the supermarket and like to buy what you still need. The only exceptions are meat and alcohol.

DAILY PRACTICE:

7:30 a.m. – Mysore Practice

9:30 a.m. – Brunch

5:30 p.m. – Theoretical and practical units

6:30 p.m. – Dinner

20:30 – Meditation

COST:

€ 1.130,00 per person in a double room.

Price is exclusive of travel costs.

CANCELLATION COSTS:

Until the March 31, 2024, 25% of the total cost will be retained as cancellation costs, until April 30th, it is 50%, until May 31st it is 75% and from June 1st it is 100%.

Monica has studied and practiced Yoga since 1978. She is dedicated Yogi, a rehabilitative 1st class honoured Doctor of Chiropractic since 2008, a registered Yoga Therapist and a compulsive Educator.. The main treatment will be self help, as in corrective applications, movement and modification to the person’s practice as needed. It will be a therapeutical treatment based on the individual needs. It is not a training to become a teacher. It is a training for teachers (TT) or a training for regular practitioners of the Full Primary Series to deepen their practice (Immersion); the only requirement there is: steady Mysore (self-) practice of the Full Primary Series and knowing the Primary by heart sequence & name wise.
