CLASS SCHEDULE

TRIAL CLASSES
All courses in the course schedule are suitable for newcomers. If you are interested in a trial lesson, we will arrange a fixed date in advance, bLet us know if you prefer to come in the morning or in the evening. After a total of three fixed dates, you can participate without pre-registration and at all course times. Rehearsal lessons begin with the opening mantra at 6:30, 8:30, 16:30, and 18:30, respectively.
ADVANCED ASHTANGIS
Advanced Ashtangis and Ashtangis with a more extensive practice can come and start as early as 30 minutes before the opening mantra. We always open the doors on the hour at 6:00 a.m., 8:00 a.m., 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.
If you are late, that’s no problem: just ring the bell and we’ll open the door to our yoga studio for you. So don’t rush unnecessarily or fall into stress unnecessarily, because: strength lies in calmness, or: Good things take time.
SILENCE
Some would call it meditation; I prefer the word silence to give space to Pratyahara, Dharana and Dhyana.
The silence on Friday evening follows directly after the Mysore hour. Those who want to participate sit quietly and comfortably on their mat in the room after the practice. Short changes to wear dry clothes are welcome, but please note the silence when leaving and entering the shala. The duration is about 30 minutes; divided into 2 blocks of about 15 minutes each. It is usually concluded with a short round of the Gayatri Mantras.
After completion, we leave the shala as quietly as possible, without talking. I invite everyone to keep the peace and quiet outside of the shala in the studio and to take the peace with them on the way home.
At the beginning, there is a short explanation every now and then, if it will be necessary, because there will be newcomers, for example. Everything else settles down.
