Educational leave – a real added value
- Conscious self-care in everyday work: A structured break makes it possible to gain distance from everyday professional life and to recharge your batteries.
- Practical tools for everyday work: You will acquire strategies suitable for everyday use that will help you master professional requirements more confidently and relaxed.
- More focus and efficiency: Inner peace, mindfulness and movement ensure mental clarity, increase your performance and open up new creative impulses.
- Sustainable health and resilience: You will learn how to maintain your mental and physical strength in the long term, even in challenging phases.
- Educational leave is more than just further training. It is an invitation to give yourself space again, to discover new perspectives and to shape your professional life with more ease and balance.
- Strengthening personal resources and inner resilience forms the basis for a healthy and fulfilling everyday working life. The combination of Ashtanga Yoga, meditation, resilience training and mindfulness-based methods creates a holistic concept that is designed to sustainably reduce stress and promote both mental and physical stability.
- Ashtanga yoga helps to strengthen the body, release tension and gain new vitality. Meditative exercises sharpen perception, deepen inner clarity and promote a conscious, relaxed attitude towards professional demands. Another central component is the recognition of individual stress patterns as well as the targeted development and activation of one’s own resources and potential.
- The harmonious interplay of these elements not only strengthens personal resilience, but also has a positive effect on the ability to concentrate, creativity and quality of life. The impulses and techniques imparted in this educational week can be directly integrated into personal and professional everyday life and make it possible to meet challenges with more inner peace, stability and new energy.
