EVENTS & WORKSHOPS
We dedicate ourselves to the first half of the first series: Utthita Hasta Padangusthasana to Janu Sirsasana C. We also go into the handstands, as well as the jump-back and the jump-through.
The workshop deals with the alignment of the individual asanas and discusses possible variations if an exercise cannot (yet) be performed correctly. You learn to adapt the practice to yourself and not to emulate a perfect fit – the focus is on individual execution. We combine these intensively with the principle of movement (Vinyasa): The connection of asanas in a special way.
We also dedicate ourselves to the system of Tristana: breathing (pranayama), energetic closures (bandhas) and gaze points (drishtis) should accompany your practice more and more over time and eventually become a natural component.
